In order to rent equipment from us, you must fill out the following forms:
The Rental Approval Form must be approved by the WUTV Executive Board. For quick approval, please complete and sign both of the above forms and bring them to a WUTV meeting (Sundays at 6pm in the Danforth University Center, room 350).
Note: All rental agreements must be completed at least 1 week in advance. We regrettably cannot make exceptions to this policy.
All prices are per item per day, unless otherwise indicated. Prices do not include required $20 deposit for undergraduates or student groups; $50 for all graduate students and WUSTL faculty.

Audio equipment rentals include all necessary cabling.
* $1/day discount if using WUTV microphone flag.
Note: Boom mic includes the pole, one shotgun mic, and cabling.
Note: Tripod dollies only work with fluid head tripods.
Note: Adapters will be charged at twice the cost if not returned.
Note: Large light kit includes at least 3 lights, small includes at least 2.
Note: Gaffer's tape comes in black and chroma green.
* A half day is considered 4 hours or less (including set-up and breakdown time)

Note: $20 from the deposit will be seized if the popcorn machine is returned dirty
Equipment subject to availability and maximum rental policies. Renter must show proficiency in handling all equipment that they request prior to check-out.
